1. These terms and conditions regulate the promotional "Waves of Joy" competition (the "Competition") offered by Joya Brands Proprietary Limited trading as Amajoya ("Amajoya"). Participation shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Competition period is valid from 15 June 2026 to 2 August 2026 (the "Competition Period").
3. The Competition is open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older at the start of the Competition Period and who are legally permitted to travel at the time the Prize is to be redeemed.
4. The Competition shall be run across brick and mortar stores and any applicable online channels where Participating Products can be purchased and for which a valid and unique till slip can be produced.
5. The following people are not eligible and will be disqualified:
   • Any director, employee, agent or consultant of Amajoya, their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members; and
   • Any supplier of goods and services to Amajoya in connection with this Competition.
6. A participant may enter multiple times, but only 1 (one) entry per unique till slip is permitted. Multiple entries with the same till slip will be declared invalid. Unclear, illegible, inappropriate or tampered entries will be disqualified at Amajoya's sole discretion.
7. The Prize winner is solely responsible for ensuring their correct contact details are provided to Amajoya.

1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received by the end of the Competition Period.
2. The winner will be announced by no later than 9 August 2026 on:

3. By entering, you consent that if selected as a winner, Amajoya may publish your entry and name on its website and social media pages.
4. The winner is solely responsible for their own travel compliance (including a valid South African passport and being medically fit to travel) and travel insurance.

1. Only 1 (one) prize will be awarded — an "Up and Away" Travel Agent travel voucher to book a luxury boat cruise valued at up to R50 000. Any costs exceeding the voucher value will be for the winner's account.
2. Voucher codes cannot be transferred to another travel agent, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other coupon, offer, discount, or promotion (including flight sales and/or subsidised fares).
3. The voucher is only redeemable through the Travel Agent. Visit the Up and Away Facebook page for details.
4. Voucher codes are case sensitive.
5. Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue.
6. The voucher will be emailed to the winner once all details have been finalised.
7. Competition entrants' personal information will not be shared with any third party other than the Travel Agent.
8. The selection of a Prize winner shall be final.
9. Amajoya will make no more than 3 (three) attempts to contact the Prize winner. Should contact fail, Amajoya reserves the right to randomly select another winner.

In accordance with section 18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), by submitting your entry you voluntarily consent to Amajoya and the Travel Agent processing your personal information for the following purposes:

1. To provide or manage information, products and/or services requested by you;
2. To establish your needs, requirements, and preferences;
3. To allocate a unique identifier for securely storing and recalling your personal information;
4. For general administration purposes pertaining to your participation in the Competition;
5. To improve the quality of Amajoya's or the Travel Agent's products and services;
6. To analyse your personal information for research and statistical purposes;
7. To transfer your personal information across South Africa's borders where required, subject to adequate data protection safeguards as required by POPIA;
8. To identify products and services which might be of interest to you and to inform you of these by means of direct marketing (subject to your consent); and
9. To contact you if you are declared the winner of the Competition.

1. Force Majeure: Neither Amajoya nor the Travel Agent shall be liable for any delay, failure or inability to fulfil any aspect of the Competition caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, travel bans, or third-party supplier failure. In such events, Amajoya reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value, or to cancel the Competition.
2. Amajoya reserves the right to amend, void, or cancel these terms and conditions, the offer, or the Competition at any time without notice or liability.
3. Disclaimer: Amajoya and each of its associated companies, directors, agents, employees, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims arising in connection with this Competition.
4. System Failure: To the extent permitted by law, no member of Amajoya shall be responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected entries or any disruption caused by internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission, or any other condition beyond Amajoya's control.
5. Any violation or attempt to violate any of these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
